How to Locate and Sign Your Counseling Certificate

Rejection reason:

Check Your Inbox
- Look for an email with the subject line:
  “Certificate of Home Equity Investment Counseling – Signature requested”
- The sender address will be: noreply@mail.hellosign.com
Search Your Mail Folders
- If you don’t see it in your main inbox, check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folder.
- You can also search by sender or subject:
  - In Gmail: type from:noreply@mail.hellosign.com or subject:"Certificate of Home Equity Investment Counseling"
  - In Outlook: use the search bar and enter the same criteria.
Open the Dropbox Sign Email
- Once you find the message, open it and click the “Review & sign” button. This will take you to a secure online signing page

Sign the Certificate
- Follow the on-screen prompts to add your signature. If you encounter any issues (e.g., the button isn’t working), try refreshing the page or using a different browser.
- Make sure you also click "I agree" to finalize your signature.

Upon successful completion, you'll see the confirmation screen as below and receive a confirmation email with subject "You just signed Certificate of Home Equity Investment Counseling"
