This is a hybrid role. Our office is located at Arthaland Century Pacific Tower, 5th Avenue, BGC. Team members are expected to work onsite as required by their role, team, and business needs. Onsite schedules may vary and are subject to change.

The User Experience Research will conduct contextual research in-person with our Manila staff, surface real-world workflow insights, and translate them into clear recommendations that directly shape product decisions made by our US-based design and engineering teams. Your findings will drive roadmap priorities for the tools our team uses every day.
Use contextual inquiries, observation, and user testing to understand production staff workflows and pain points.
Synthesize observations into prioritized, actionable design recommendations.
Produce journey maps, process flow diagrams, and research summaries.
Present findings to cross-functional stakeholders.
Facilitate stakeholder workshops to validate hypotheses and align on priorities.
Schedule and manage logistics for internal research sessions.
Serve as the on-site bridge between Manila staff and the US-based Product Design org, building trusted relationships with site managers and team leads.
2+ years of hands-on UX research experience, with strong command of contextual inquiry.
Bachelor's degree in HCI, Psychology, Anthropology, Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Proven ability to synthesize qualitative data into clear, actionable insights.
Strong communication skills
Comfortable facilitating workshops and research sessions.
Collaborative and team-oriented
NICE TO HAVE
Experience conducting research in operationally complex back-office environments
Familiarity with Dovetail or a similar research repository
Prior exposure to working with BPO or production staff populations
