This is a hybrid role. Our office is located at Arthaland Century Pacific Tower, 5th Avenue, BGC. This role requires going to our office at least one day a week.

The expected working hours for this position are from 12:00 AM to 9:00 AM, based on the Philippine Time Zone (PHT).

This is an exciting opportunity to own and shape the future of IT operations at Point, supporting a fast-growing global workforce while serving as the primary technology partner for our Manila office. You will lead the end-to-end management of our Apple ecosystem through Jamf Pro, administer Google Workspace, drive security and compliance initiatives, and build scalable automation solutions that enhance the employee experience. As a key member of the team, you'll have the opportunity to evaluate and implement cutting-edge AI tools to improve productivity and operational efficiency across the organization. This role combines hands-on technical expertise, strategic problem-solving, and global collaboration, ensuring seamless support for Point employees worldwide while partnering closely with local Manila vendors. To maximize impact across regions, the position may include a flexible schedule that overlaps with both U.S. Pacific Time and Manila business hours.
Own full lifecycle management of macOS devices using Jamf Pro; lead OS/software patching using Jamf, Nudge, Automox, etc.
Administer and optimize Google Workspace for the organization, including user management, security settings, and integrations.
Automate provisioning and deployment workflows (Python, Bash, Zapier, Workato, etc.); proactively identify and implement AI-powered tools to improve IT workflows and team efficiency.
Configure new employee SaaS accounts as directed; manage Chrome enterprise profiles and enforce security policies (CIS compliance).
Manage IT tickets and escalations using Jira Service Management, ensuring timely resolution within required SLAs; act as a higher-tier resource for complex Apple-related IT issues.
Collaborate with security, compliance, and global IT teams; help with other Point IT and IT security projects as directed.
Manage IT vendor relationships with local vendors.
Document internal IT processes and contribute to team knowledge base.
Coordinate onboarding with new employees and contractors; set up and maintain laptops for Point employees in Manila as needed.
Equivalent of a U.S. 4-year bachelor’s degree program.
Jamf certified with 6+ years of hands-on Jamf Pro experience.
6+ years of IT Systems Engineering experience focused on the Apple ecosystem.
8+ years of IT support experience.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Expertise in macOS device management, Jamf Pro administration, OS/software patching, and Chrome profile management.
Experience administering Google Workspace, including user management, security configuration, and third-party integrations.
Strong IT automation and scripting skills (Python, Bash, or equivalent), with experience evaluating and implementing AI-powered productivity tools.
Experience managing SaaS platforms, role-based access controls, and security policy enforcement, including CIS compliance standards.
Strong technical troubleshooting skills, systems knowledge, and experience managing IT support requests through Jira Service Management or similar ticketing platforms.
Nice to have:
Experience with Confluence for documentation and knowledge management.
Administrative experience with Zoom and Slack.
Hands-on experience with AI tools, automation platforms, and productivity-focused AI integrations.
