Location
This is a hybrid role. Our office is located at Arthaland Century Pacific Tower, 5th Avenue, BGC. This role requires going to our office at least one day a week.

The expected working hours for this position are from 12:00 AM to 9:00 AM, based on the Philippine Time Zone (PHT).

The Process Documentation Associate is responsible for creating, maintaining, and managing process documents to ensure consistency, clarity, and alignment across production teams. This role serves as a key partner in driving operational excellence by maintaining high standards for documentation quality and supporting cross-functional collaboration to ensure efficient process execution.
Develop and Maintain Process Documentation:
Create and update comprehensive process documents (e.g. SOPs and JAs) for production teams, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and alignment with organizational goals.
Facilitate regular reviews to ensure compliance with organizational standards and implement best practices for documentation quality.
Collaborate with Stakeholders:
Work closely with Production Team Leads and relevant stakeholders (e.g. Compliance, Product/Process teams) to identify and implement necessary updates to process documents in response to evolving needs.
Provide clear, concise communication to stakeholders regarding updates, changes, and expectations tied to process documentation.
Support Knowledge Base Development: Build and maintain a centralized knowledge base that ensures easy access to current materials.
2+ years of experience in business operations or a similar role.
Demonstrated experience with process documentation and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) development.
Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
High attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack, and Salesforce.
Experience in the real estate or mortgage industry preferred.
Familiarity with knowledge management systems and tools preferred.
