Location

This is a hybrid role. Our office is located at Arthaland Century Pacific Tower, 5th Avenue, BGC. Team members are expected to work onsite as required by their role, team, and business needs. Onsite schedules may vary and are subject to change.

About the role

  • Serve as a strategic point of contact, blending high-touch customer support with consultative sales to guide homeowners seamlessly through their application journey.

  • Proactively manage prospect and client relationships via phone, email, and chat, balancing exceptional service with a focus on conversion and identifying growth opportunities.

  • Act as a trusted financial guide, leveraging deep product knowledge to educate homeowners on value propositions and effectively resolve complex inquiries.

  • Drive operational excellence in a high-volume environment by optimizing application workflows and delivering a premium, empathetic experience that fosters long-term client trust and loyalty.


Your responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary first contact for homeowners, actively managing incoming inquiries via email, chat, and phone to qualify prospects and maintain a robust sales pipeline.

  • Position Point’s value proposition to educate homeowners on products and benefits, proactively guiding them through the application process to accelerate conversion.

  • Effectively manage the homeowner journey to drive deal velocity by:

  • Prioritize rapid response times to capitalize on real-time sales opportunities and minimize prospect drop-off.

  • Execute sales-focused pilot programs and strategic initiatives designed to optimize conversion rates and improve the overall customer journey.


About you

  • 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or consultative sales, ideally within financial services or fintech.

  • Proven ability to articulate value propositions and manage high-touch customer relationships in a B2C environment.

  • Demonstrated success in a customer-facing role with a strong focus on conversion, client retention, and complex problem resolution.

  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), G Suite, and professional communication platforms (e.g., Slack).

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.

  • Customer-Centric Mindset: Prioritizing client needs while maintaining professional boundaries and aligning with company objectives.
