Unacceptable ownership type
What does this mean?
- The subject property is held in a manner not supported by Point, such as
- Land trust or irrevocable trust
- LLC
- Co-op
- Life estates/LadyBird estates
- Complex trust structures
- If your property is vested as tenancy-in-common, Point can only invest if it is a single unit.
How can I become re-eligible?
- If the vesting changes in the future, you may be able to fulfill this specific eligibility. Please note that a vesting change does not guarantee approval, and your application will still be subject to a full underwriting review.
