What is a Home Equity Investment (HEI)?

An HEI is a partnership between you and Point, where you, the homeowner, get funds upfront from Point in return for that portion of your home’s future appreciation in value. You control when you exit the partnership.

What is a Home Equity Line of Credit1 (HELOC)?
